Rule 4
Statute of Consumer Organizations
(1) A consumer organization shall have a constitution. (2) In the statute according to sub-rule (1), the following things should be disclosed:-
(a) Objectives and scope of work,
(b) Eligibility for membership,
(c) Membership Fees and Method of Granting Membership,
(d) Ineligibility of Membership,
(e) Constitution of General Meeting,
(f) Session of General Assembly,
(g) Functions, duties and powers of the general meeting,
(h) Formation of Working Committees,
(i) Working Committee meeting,
(j) Functions, duties and powers of the Working Committee,
(k) Functions, duties and rights of officials,
(l) Provisions relating to elections,
(d) motion of no confidence,
(d) Financial resources,
(n) Statement of movable and immovable property,
(s) Fund,
(th) Audit,
(d) Amendments to Statutes,
(d) Matters which may make regulations,
(N) other necessary things.
